James Franco Will Guest Star on 30 Rock

Continuing on his quest for ultimate coolness, after finishing the much hyped arc on “General Hospital” James Franco will be guest starring on “30 Rock.”

Here’s the details from the source:

NBC declined to comment, but a Rock-solid insider tells me that Franco (playing himself) will be involved in a faux romance with Jane Krakowski’s Jenna — a relationship engineered by their respective agents. Sound familiar? It’s probably because this is the storyline Tina Fey floated by me at the Emmys way back in September.

“[Jenna gets] into a high-profile relationship with a movie star that is arranged by their agents,” Fey explained at the time.

Franco is scheduled to start work on his Rock eppy this week.

Tina Fey and James Franco acting together will be one of the funniest episodes of any show of recent memory.  I’m really excited to see this…

Lindsay Lohan Is Dropped From Her Record Label, Working for Free, Desperate for a Job

So basically, this title says it all.  Lindsay Lohan, the once-It girl who had it all, now has nothing and is desperate to find work. 

According to recent reports, LL is working for Ungaro for free, and only getting free clothes out of the deal.  (Which, is interesting because I remember watching this documentary on the amazing design team that is Proenza Schouler and they can’t afford to pay their MODELS so they give them clothes in exchange for their work.  Obviously Ungaro, a more established fashion label than Proenza Schouler, has the money.  So basically, Lindsay is the equivelent of a struggling fashion model.)  But that’s not all, Linds also has had her music relationship with Casablanca records terminated. 

Lindsay Lohan Might Be Headed To Jail Tomorrow

If you’re wondering why I haven’t been blogging in the past few days it’s because there has been NOTHING worth blogging about.  No epic movies have been released,  no one has died, no one has shown up to an interview wearing dead Kermits, and no one has gone to jail.  Hollywood has been the most boring town ever this past week, and as a result the most exciting post you would have gotten would’ve been a “Kim Kardashian is walking” post.

SO THANK GOD LINDSAY LOHAN MIGHT BE CHANGING THAT.  According to TMZ, Linds has been summoned by the judge from her 2007 DUI/drug possession case to appear in court tomorrow to do a little check up on whether she’s been keeping off the bottle.

OBVIOUSLY, she hasn’t and if it is brought out that she has indeed violated her parole, homegirl will get her butt sent to jail.

Review of “Jennifer’s Body”

As most of you who read my blog know, I’ve been waiting for “Jennifer’s Body” since July when the redband trailer first hit the next. And it appears that, unlike most people, I was one of the very few who knew it was a comedy. It seems to be the fault of Fox’s mis-marketing this movie as a horror film that “Jennifer’s Body” has done so poorly at the box office so far. But that doesn’t mean that this movie is without it’s horror elements, and with a better studio who would know how to market a movie like this, it could have created some pretty iconic moments.  Which is a shame, because it’s a movie that really needs to be seen in theaters with a large audience to get the full enjoyment.

The movie begins with a bang.  “Hell is a teenage girl,” Needy (Amanda Seyfried) muses, in one of the best opening lines in recent memory, as she’s locked in a mental institution for her involvemnt with Jennifer over the past few months. “I didn’t always used to be like this,” Needy claims after getting into a fight with a security guard and being sent to solitary confinement. “I used to be normal. Well, as normal as any hormonal teenage girl can be.” And with that, we’re off!

Lindsay Lohan Loses Her %$#& And Goes Crazy On Samantha Ronson via Twitter

This morning while most of us were sleeping or getting ready for work, Lindsay Lohan decided to annihilate Samantha Ronson on Twitter with this gem:

Anyone who would like to translate is free too.  I don’t speak crazy drugged-out lesbianise.  BUT here’s what I think she’s saying: “Samantha, can you please make an attempt to not ruin ANYTHING that is going good in my life??  I think I finally deserve a night to cry myself to sleep thanks to your cheats and errors.  And also thank you for being my friend before a sell-out… But the term self-out was coined from ME and I gave your friends sooooo much insight because they were not complete, but substanisan SUBSTANTIAL friends that were using you.  BUT THEN YOU LIED and told your family that your friends are worth more to you than I am, and then you called me gross.  Thanks.”

I have no clue what the eff she’s talking about what “self-out” but anyone else who knows what she’s talking about is welcome to translate in the comments.  This is some Courtney Love crap.

This Is a Post About the Magical Actress Amanda Seyfried

First of all, let me just say that I love how Amanda Seyfried had this completely minor role in “Mean Girls” and now she’s become this most sought-after actress in Hollywood while the star’s latest movie was a made for cable bomb.  It’s called karma.  Anyways!  A few stills and promos have surfaced from some of Amanda Seyfriend’s upcoming movies! First up is the new Nicholas Spark adaption (they seem to never end), “Dear John” with Channing Tatum and then “Chloe” where you can see Amanda getting pretty hot with Liam Neeson….Um, right.  Anyways the rest of the pictures can be found after the jump!

“Labor Pains” Reviews Are Not Good For Lindsay Lohan

Here’s something not overly shocking: the reviews for “Labor Pains” are in and they’re not pretty.  The movie, which premieres Sunday on ABC Family, centers around a woman who fakes her own pregnancy to not get fired at her job as a secretary.  I will so be watching this hot mess Sunday night!
