Taylor Momsen Would Like To Remind You She Enjoys Sex, Drugs & Rock n Roll

Courtney Love Taylor Momsen has sure been making the rounds these past few weeks, and judging by these last few pictures she would like every male in America to know she’s jailbait.  I really have no idea what’s going on in these.

But anyway.  A typical Taylor interview involves her complaining about how her music is nothing like Leighton Meester’s and then insisting that she’s hardcore and has been around the block a few times. Of course, in this one with MTV Online she would like to remind you she does drugs and has sex a lot too.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen pictures from the set of Gossip Girl, and I’m very happy that this one involves the lovely Taylor Momsen. Personally, I’ve been so disappointed by this season that I had to stop watching.  It was just waaaaay too melodramatic for me.  But I still love Taylor Momsen and think she’s the fiercest girl ever, so you will find more pictures and a video of the Pretty Reckless after the jump.

Also for those of you keeping up, is this season worth getting back into? After Serena’s idiocy, and Rufus and Lily getting married thus making for cheesy family sequences I just couldn’t handle it and quit.  Let me know in the comments!

Kevin Zegers and Taylor Momsen Shoot Gossip Girl

Kevin Zegers and Taylor Momsen were spotted shooting an episode of “Gossip Girl” recently in NYC, both looking perfect.  To be honest, I’m a little bit surprised that Kevin’s doing GG.  He’s been doing a lot of random indie flicks the past few years, so it seems kind of out of character (no pun intended) that he would sign up to be in something like “Gossip Girl.”

But man, this is a step-up from Tyra Banks and Hilary Duff.  I didn’t even watch last week’s episode to avoid that monstrasity (and apparently they’re still going to be on there for a while…sigh).  Kevin’s one of the most underrated actors in his age group, so he will definitely add some much needed spice and life to GG.

Come See Taylor Momsen Perform & Meet Her at Fashion Night Out

Exciting news for Taylor Momsen fans–those of you wanting to meet her and see her band the Pretty Reckless perform, you now have your chance at Fashion Night Out THIS THURSDAY!

Fashion Night Out is a collaborative effort on the part of designers, celebrities, and models “to promote retail, restore consumer confidence, and celebrate fashionl.”   All stores will be staying open until 11 PM, and it’s considered the kick off of New York’s famed fashion week.

So, how does Taylor fit into all of this?

Well, Teen Vogue is shutting down Bleeker street for a fashion show and so the Pretty Reckless can perform.  There will be “pop-up tents”, food, drinks etc.  In other words, it’s going to be a huge block party.

Also, FYI for those of you who love Vogue, Anna Wintour will be appearing at Macy’s in Queens to sign shirts.

Taylor Momsen Defines Fierce On the Set of “Gossip Girl”

Y’all know how much I love Taylor Momsen.  Homegirl puts all those other chicks to shame on “Gossip Girl” with her absolute fierceness, and she’s only sixteen.  Sooo when I found these new candids of her I had to post them because A) she rules and B) apparently all of you love her too because Taylor’s posts always compete with Rob Pattinson’s for the most views.  Crazy, I know.

Anyways, here’s Taylor on the set of GG in Long Island, New York  August 14th filming a few scenes for an upcoming episode.  With the new season only a few weeks away, are my fellow fanatics as ready as I am??!

Spotted: Little J in Brooklyn

The real HBIC of “Gossip Girl”, Taylor Momsen was seen strolling onto set recently in Brooklyn to begin filming a new episode of the hit show.  Taylor looked gorgeous wearing a vintage purple dress and strappy heels as she strutted past the paps.

In related news, Taylor’s band The Pretty Reckless just released two new demos from their forthcoming album which can be listened to here.  The band’s had a busy summer touring with the Veronicas and feuding with Courtney Love, but things are only just getting started. They’re pretty hardcore/fantastic and kind of reminiscent of the 90s Riot Grrrl movement so do yourself a favor and go listen!

Taylor Momsen Turns Sweet 16

Taylor Momsen celebrated her sixteenth birthday Tuesday night at the Hiro Ballroom in New York by playing songs from her band The Pretty Reckless’s new album.

Looking like quite the punk rock queen, Ms. Momsen was joined by some of her “Gossip Girl” co-stars including Ed Westwick, Michelle Trachtenberg, Chace Crawford, Jessica Szohr, and Matthew Settle.  More pics and a video of the crowd singnig “Happy Birthday” after the jump…
